If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Condition for Order via Kiosk Cancellation Rights You not entitled to cancel Your Order via Kiosk if payment is made and if the item is food in preparation or prepared. Preparation of the food is often begin immediately after your order has been accepted and confirmed. Often food preparation takes 15 minutes to 45 minutes depending on the type of food ordered and the quantity. Food seller or the restaurant may not be able to accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed at the restaurant. However, to provide the best customer satisfaction, food seller or restaurant may provide the following solutions for the food Order via Kiosk If Food Order has Errors If you receive the food that is different from your receipt, food seller or the restaurant sincerely apologize. Please notify inform us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order you will receive correct food item. For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price. For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error. In the same way, you will receive the difference of the balance back as credit for the new item if less than the food received in error. In some cases, we may offer you a store credit. If credit card or payment with bank card, the credit and refund may sometime take 15 to 30 days. Your order will be priority if Errors are informed to us. In all cases, please return the food order as to the host restaurant or food outlets. Food Order Incomplete In the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt you paid for, food seller or the restaurant will make it up to you. Please notify that any food items were not received in your order. You may cancel the missed food before we prepare it without any question, and we will refund the amount as received to a credit card, bank transfer, cash refund or we will refund you with a store credit. If credit card or payment with bank card, the credit and refund may sometime take 15 to 30 days. Food Dissatisfaction food seller or the restaurant cooks our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes food seller or the restaurant make. Please let the resultant know immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. The food seller or the restaurant will need the food returned as is so that restaurant may investigate and deal with the issue. The food seller or the restaurant will prepare you a new food order. If you do not wish to receive a new dish, we may refund the amount to a credit card, bank card, cash refund or food seller or the restaurant will refund you with a store credit only after we receive the food as original container(s) and have confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager of food seller or the restaurant on duty. If credit card or payment with bank card, the credit and refund may sometime take 15 to 30 days.

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
